CYDBN-240、240E高耐熱環(huán)氧樹脂的分子剛性很大,固化物具有很高的耐熱性能以及耐溫性能,特別是高溫性能保持率最高(相比于其他酚醛環(huán)氧樹脂)?勺鳛楦男圆牧嫌糜谔岣唧w系高溫性能的電子層壓材料、粉末涂料(具有更高的反應性)、末塑料、液體絕緣涂料、各種結構工程材料、增強塑料及其預浸料胚、高耐熱膠粘劑、油墨等場合,為固化體系帶來更高的玻璃化轉變溫度及交聯密度,以提高抗?jié)裥、抗溶劑性、抗環(huán)境性,在環(huán)境溫度及較高的溫度下提高強度、剛性、電性能及其它性能的保持率。在預浸層壓材料中使用CYDBN可獲得最高的高溫強度保持率及熱穩(wěn)定性,在環(huán)氧樹脂塑料中使用CYDBN可獲得突出的流動穩(wěn)定性和更短的磨具專用周期。

Cydbn-240, 240E high heat resistant epoxy resins have high molecular rigidity, high heat resistance and temperature resistance, especially high temperature performance retention rate (compared with other phenolic epoxy resins). Can be used as the performance of modified materials used to improve the system of high temperature pressure shell materials, powder coating (with the higher reactivity), at the end of the plastic, the structure of the liquid insulating paint, all kinds of engineering materials, reinforced plastics and its presoak embryo, high heat-resistant adhesive, printing ink, etc, for curing system with higher glass transition temperature and crosslink density, in order to improve the wet resistance, solvent resistance, resistance to environment, the environment temperature and high temperature increase strength, rigidity, electronic and other properties of retention. The highest high temperature strength retention and thermal stability can be obtained by using CYDBN in prepreg laminates, and outstanding flow stability and shorter dedicated abrasive cycle can be obtained by using CYDBN in epoxy resins.
