氯氣和氫氣在石墨合成爐內(nèi)進(jìn)行燃燒反應(yīng)生成氯化氫氣體,然后用純水吸收形成鹽酸。它具有刺激性臭味,是一種可揮發(fā)性強酸,有毒、有腐蝕性,容易和許多金屬反應(yīng),可與堿金屬和堿土金屬反應(yīng),也可與許多金屬氧化物以及多種金屬鹽起反應(yīng)。在冶金、紡織、皮革、醫(yī)藥、食品等行業(yè)有著廣泛的用途。由于在生產(chǎn)中采用石墨合成爐和用純水吸收氯化氫氣體,所產(chǎn)生的鹽酸中含雜質(zhì)極少,呈無色透明,因此,更適應(yīng)作為食品添加劑。

Because of the use of graphite synthesis furnace and the absorption of hydrogen chloride gas by pure water in production, the hydrochloric acid produced contains very few impurities and is colorless and transparent, so it is more suitable as a food additive.
